Based on the cropped hoodie worn by Kesha in this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBi_aLJMINU) live performance of her song "Raising Hell"
I had an experimental pattern sitting in Marvelous designer for a minute. Originally it was gonna be a fur sleeved fishnet crop top, but with a bit of poking I got it to this look and was feeling it. The rings are simple for the outfit. a basic torus placed strategically for the looks, but it was good practice working with outfits with solid elements as I had to figure out placement on the rings and work with making sure they didn't go into the body as well as worked in game.
This is my first time actually working fully in Blender 2.8 from start to finish and honestly I'm quite proud of the folds details I was able to get in on this top. Blender 2.8 was such a step up and I'm glad I made the switch.
The patches are using Bao Le's Patches Generator (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/1nLPDG) Which was honestly worth every penny. The font was actually one I found for 100% free use and Honestly that was the best surprise. I spent 2 hours hunting fonts that looked close then found this one that looks exactly like the print on her sweater. I went with embroidered as I felt I'd get more use from it in game
The Roses was a spur of the moment design choice. I had made a rose patch and was gonna just cut it, but then I had the idea to flip it and have it as sort of collarbone accents, and it stuck.
This top is being worked on for Fallout 4 and will be available as a mod soon. I included an in-game shot of my first pass testing in which the outfit was perfect for me.
